Shipping Policy
At IAM ELEGANCE, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible service, including fast and reliable shipping. Please read the following information about our shipping policies:
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are received. During high volume periods such as holidays and promotions, processing time may take longer.
Shipping Time
Shipping time varies depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the package. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. Please note that shipping time is in addition to processing time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the shipping destination. Customers can see the shipping cost at checkout before finalizing their order.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping to any countries outside the UK. Please note that international shipping may take longer than domestic shipping, and customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment at any time.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other reasons, we will contact the customer to confirm the correct shipping address. If we are unable to reach the customer, we will issue a refund for the order minus the shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and either replace the item or issue a refund.
